The wavy braid

 I don't really know what's the name of this hairstyle, I call this "the wavy braid"because it looks a bit like a wave. Unfortunatly I don't have a tutorial for this hairstyle because my sister told me what she wanted and I just did it. I'll try to explain anyway :) It's not really that complicated to do, I did it two times and it's quite simple actually

So you want to do a braid by always adding wicks of hair from the top and putting them into the braid. Then you have two options, you can release a section of hair under your braid or keep all the hair in it. For this tutorial I used the technique of the waterfall braid that you can see on this video (it's not my video) it will maybe help you.

Chanel - 531 Péridot

This is the brand new nail polish by Chanel. It's very controversial, this changing color goes with everything, we like it or we don't, it's a matter of taste. The color range goes from golden to pine green. We can see on the pictures below that it really changes in function of the luminosity. The darker the room is, the greener it goes. It's difficult to take all the colors it gaves it picture. It dries quickly, it's very easy to apply. I really don't regret buying it!

Vans and Kenzo

I've always liked wearing Vans items in spring but when I found those shoes I really xanted one for this summer! This is the perfect result of the collaboration beetwin Vans and Kenzo. 7 pairs of Vans Era with the pattern fishing net, the most important pattern of the new Kenzo collection. Some of you may think "How am I ever gonna these wonders?" well nothing is more simple! Stay simple, wear them with jeans shorts ans a white t-shirt, no need for more. Get them in Kenzo stores, on the e-shop or at the Colette store.

Spencer Hasting's preppy look

I don't know if you're watching Pretty Little Liars, but I am and it's awesome!! Some of my friends have asked me on my facebook page and my facebook personnal page if I could write an article on Spencer Hasting's preppy look so here it is!

If you want to dress up like Spencer, you have to mix up masculinity and femininity. Try pairing a dainty printed dress with a structured menswear-inspired blazer, or match a mini and textured tights with Oxford shoes or loafers. Juxtaposing soft silhouettes against structured ones adds subtle but compelling interest to your outfit.

Stick to muted and neutral colors. Spencer’s wardrobe is full of neutral, muted, or earth tones. Her palette is perfect for fall: chocolate brown, mustard yellow, cognac, navy blue, and burgundy are some of her favorite hues.
Layer up and play with texture. Just because Spencer prefers muted hues doesn’t mean her look is dull. Hi guys, sorry I've been quite busy and I haven't posted any articles for quite a long time but I haven't forget you and here is a easy hairstyle for the summer :)

 THE ROMANTIC BUN
This hairstyle is perfect for a first date or a day at the beach. If you like the "baby rock" style, if you wear liberty dresses with a perfecto and boots, well this is THE ONE hairstyle for you!

- You take a big section of hair near your forehead, above the extremity of your eyebrow and you
- With the rest of your hair, you want to do a low bun, a bit messy
- You take out some very small sections of hair around your neck and and face.
- You braid the hair you put aside earlier so that it covers the upper part of your forehead.
- If you have long enough hair, you can tuck the end of your braid into your bun, otherwise you secure it with a bobby pin
- You may want to secure everything with a bit of hairspray or some bobby pins.
- Don't worry if the look isn't perfect or very regular. The messier the better, that's what makes the charm of the look

Tie & Dye Hair Tuto

This is a very simple tutorial to get a great Tie & Dye look which is the new trend as you may have seen all the girls wearing Tie & Dye hair and they'll continue to wear them this spring and summer. Don't wait to do yours :) It looks better on curly or wavy hair but it's great on straight hairs too! A cool thing to do, is matching your hair with a Tie & Dye t-shirt or jeans. It looks really supert and it's easy to do!

Mustache Nail Tuto

Here's another nail tutorial, very fun and so easy to realize! You need a pen (for the drawing) and black polish. On this tuto, we're showing it to you how it looks like on a French manicure but you can also try it with colors nails.

The final look is kinda cool, I really liked it as I'm totally mad of the whiskers :) Anyway, you might have some difficulties doing the form of the whiskers to another solution is to use sticky paper which you'll just cut in a whisker form, then you want to put polish on it and just stick it on the nail where you want it to be. Remove the paper with tweezers and you're done! EIther way of doing it are great, you can try both and choose the easiest for you!

Yellow, that's what summer is all about!

Yellow is referred as the 'new black'. Everyone should have at least one yellow item in their closet.  The good thing about yellow, is that everyone sells it so you can easily find a yellow piece of clothing that will suit you. I highly recommend the total look, it looks amazing and fits perfectly with the arrival of the summer, the sun, and Happiness! If you don't want to try the total yellow look (which is awesome!) you still can wear yellow by using small items. Shoes for example to illuminate a black dress, or a bag to match a white look, and even make up or jewelry.  You can wear yellow during the day and the night, in any situation! It will illuminate your look and help you to shine. Moreover, it is proved that wearing bring and happy color, such as yellow, helps having a good day. So why not try it?

Pastel jeans

Pastel jeans are THE jeans to wear this spring and summer. Associate it with a white shirt (not to tight), and you'll look gorgeous! You don't want a total pastel look, brown looks super with pastel, you can also use white, grey, or rust color!
My favorite look is : a green pastel jeans, with this shirt, white shoes, this bag, and a fine mesh jacket (same color as the bag). It really looks great and I recommend it to everyone!

That's why Topshop's underwear are simply the best! They look cool, they are comfy, great, sexy and they have ever thing we want underwear to have. I bought some when I was in London last month, since then I ordered like 6 pairs of matching underwear on the internet.

Easy Everyday Makeup Tutorial

This is a very simple make up tutorial for every day, super easy to do and very quick. Perfect if you're in a crunch for time but you still want to make up.

1. Swirl you finger in a shimmery eyeshadow and apply in a windshield wiper like motion over each eye.

2. Using a silver eye liner crayon or pencil (it looks great with cream eyesshadow too), line from your inner conner to the middle of your water line (bottom lid).

3. Fill in the remaining waterline with black eyeliner pencil/crayon.

4. Put on some mascara like you usually do, and you're done!

Suggestion:
Retractable eyeliner is the best to use for this look, it's like a pencil but it's softer. You twist it up istead of sharpening it.

Baby Lips

You want beautiful baby lips? Well Maybelline's new line of lip balm will be your new best friend! They smell so good and make your lips super soft and kissable with a great sheer color. I totally love them!! Guys will have get mad at your lips and will get a urge to kiss you. They are about 2/3 dollars each. Don't worry, if the balm you buy is purple, it doesn't actually make your lips purple but kinda pink in a really nice way. 

Make up tutorial, JLo's eyes Academy Awars 2012

We all LOVED JLo's eyes at the Academy Award of 2012 so this is an easy tutorial to help you doing the same one with a photo of each step.

Mascara

Start with priming your eye with your favourite primer:

Then apply Gold Digger (or lighter color) to whole lid:

Then I did the shape with Mocha:

I darkened and defined it with Choco Brown:

Then I blended it a bit and applied White Lies to highlight:

Then I applied a hint of NYX Jumbo pencil Milk under the “wing”:

..and blended it with White Lies:

Then I used MAC Blitz & Glitz fluidline to line my eye:

I blended the liner with Bada Bing, and used Bada BIng also to line my lower lashline:

Then I applied Isadora Inline Kajal Blonde to waterline, and added mascara:

And finally I added falsies (cheap ones from Ebay):

And the look is done!


And the make up is finished !
